Requirements

BA/BS in a quantitative field preferred
4+ years of experience in an analytics role (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
Proficiency in SQL (4+ years) and comfort with scripting in Python or R
Strong data visualization skills using BI tools (ThoughtSpot and Looker Studio)
Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and inferential statistics
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfort leveraging AI/GenAI tools to enhance analytics workflows
Knowledge of geospatial analysis techniques is a plus
Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or operations-heavy industries (preferred)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and models to improve visibility into operational efficiency, delivery performance, and topline metrics
Partner with operations, engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Source and transform data creatively, even when systems are incomplete; propose solutions and tools to streamline workflows
Act as an analytics thought partner, translating complex findings into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Help define and track key business metrics, enabling data-driven strategy across teams
