Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis and/or analytics engineering
  • Proficient in BI tools like Metabase, Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL)
  • Hands-on experience with DBT for managing the Transform layer of ELT pipelines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to define metrics, create dashboards, and ensure data quality
  • A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong communicator with great presentation skills
  • Analytical with a demonstrated ability to utilize data to make informed decisions
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable business insights
  • Identify trends and uncover business opportunities through deep data exploration
  • Transform, clean, and model raw data using DBT to create reliable, analytics-ready datasets
  • Maintain and improve the data warehouse structure (e.g., Snowflake) with efficient, scalable models (e.g., star/snowflake schemas)
  • Present analytical findings in clear, compelling formats to stakeholders across the organization, including sales & marketing, finance, and product teams
