Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and ideally a Master's degree, along with a strong CPA or equivalent professional certification. Applicants must have experience in strategic finance and analytics, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial principles and data analysis techniques. Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, and data automation tools like Python or Alteryx, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Data & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing various client projects, translating data and analytics into actionable insights, designing and executing data transformations and analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions. You will also oversee projects from requirements through execution, create reports and present observations to clients, develop internal tools and templates, and build client solutions to address client’s business needs using data analytics tools.
