Requirements

  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Handling von Gefahrgut (DG) sowie eine gültige DG-Specialist-Zertifizierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Desirable: Experience in handling dangerous goods (DG) and a valid DG Specialist certification or equivalent qualification)

Responsibilities

  • Koordination und Überwachung aller relevanten Arbeitsschritte im Rahmen der DG-Abfertigung auf dem Vorfeld (Coordination and monitoring of all relevant work steps in DG processing on the apron)
  • Fachliche Supervision der operativen Prozesse unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Sicherheitsvorgaben (Professional supervision of operational processes in compliance with legal and internal safety regulations)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Reports sowie die vollständige Dokumentation und fristgerechte Einreichung sicherheitsrelevanter Unterlagen (Creation and maintenance of reports, complete documentation, and timely submission of safety-relevant documents)
  • Prüfung der Annahmefähigkeit eingehender Fracht unter Berücksichtigung geltender Vorschriften (Checking the acceptance of incoming cargo considering applicable regulations)
  • Kommunikation mit der Flight-Crew zur Abstimmung operativer Abläufe (Communication with flight crew to coordinate operational processes)
