Ability to perform shift work for 7x24 coverage and cybersecurity support

Responsibilities

Provide full lifecycle support for DAN infrastructures, including installation, tuning, testing, operation, management, monitoring, upgrading, patching, and break/fix activities for routing and switching hardware and software
Support TOR (Top of Rack)/SDWAN and virtualized network environments at Data Center (DC) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) locations
Configure, operate, maintain, defend, and troubleshoot network capabilities, including point-to-point circuits, dedicated Internet connections, and broadband Internet connections
Follow established standards, processes, and policies in all network administration tasks
Assist with network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software
Supervise computer user support specialists and computer network support specialists as needed
Configure, maintain, defend, and troubleshoot Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) architectures for USSTRATCOM
Provision, operate, manage, and monitor Virtual Private Network (VPN) services to securely connect remote elements and mission partners over shared public IP networks
