  • Ability to perform shift work for 7x24 coverage and cybersecurity support

Responsibilities

  • Provide full lifecycle support for DAN infrastructures, including installation, tuning, testing, operation, management, monitoring, upgrading, patching, and break/fix activities for routing and switching hardware and software
  • Support TOR (Top of Rack)/SDWAN and virtualized network environments at Data Center (DC) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) locations
  • Configure, operate, maintain, defend, and troubleshoot network capabilities, including point-to-point circuits, dedicated Internet connections, and broadband Internet connections
  • Follow established standards, processes, and policies in all network administration tasks
  • Assist with network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software
  • Supervise computer user support specialists and computer network support specialists as needed
  • Configure, maintain, defend, and troubleshoot Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) architectures for USSTRATCOM
  • Provision, operate, manage, and monitor Virtual Private Network (VPN) services to securely connect remote elements and mission partners over shared public IP networks
