Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and ideally be in the early semesters of distance learning programs. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Office suite and Android operating systems, are desirable. A minimum of one year of field experience, not in sales, is preferred, along with a strong sense of geographical orientation within the city, particularly knowledge of the North, Center, and South sectors. Availability for the Zacatecoluca area and willingness to travel to assigned or other zones as needed are required. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The Field Auditor is responsible for collecting data in traditional channels, including stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and kiosks, gathering information on sales, purchases, inventory, and distribution. This role involves conducting audits according to company procedures and policies, visiting various store types to build strategic relationships with owners, and advising establishment owners on NIQ processes and policies. Auditors must adhere to assigned routes and schedules, possess knowledge of products sold in different store types, and accurately perform physical inventories of fast-moving consumer goods. They will update prices, promotions, and new presentations on the Blue Bird device and collect purchase receipts to make corresponding purchase adjustments. If collaboration is canceled or sample updates are needed, the auditor must manage the process according to guidelines to ensure proper store representation. The role also requires maintaining the good condition of company-provided equipment, such as the Blue Bird device and charger, and always carrying necessary work materials. All assigned functions and responsibilities within the scope of competence must be fulfilled.
