Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience, including pneumatic valves and controls
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and learn equipment-specific training
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift over 40 lbs., and work in various climates
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Adherence to OSHA standards and safety rules
  • Must have 90 days since the last term date
  • Not eligible for hire if terminated 3x or more

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and rebuild of machines, tender/shell belts, butterfly conveyors, skinners, and Sensor X equipment
  • Monitor and repair equipment during production, documenting all corrections
  • Assist with new equipment installation
  • Monitor equipment drives, HMIs, and computer boards
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and manuals
  • Fix or replace motors, gearboxes, belts, cylinders, blades, and other components
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel
  • Saturday and Sunday work required if needed
