Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and learn equipment-specific training
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to climb ladders, lift over 40 lbs., and work in various climates
Strong interpersonal skills
Adherence to OSHA standards and safety rules
Must have 90 days since the last term date
Not eligible for hire if terminated 3x or more

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and rebuild of machines, tender/shell belts, butterfly conveyors, skinners, and Sensor X equipment
Monitor and repair equipment during production, documenting all corrections
Assist with new equipment installation
Monitor equipment drives, HMIs, and computer boards
Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Fix or replace motors, gearboxes, belts, cylinders, blades, and other components
Collaborate with other maintenance personnel
Saturday and Sunday work required if needed
