Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance (can start with TS)
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and vulnerability management for Government IT programs
  • At least one of the following certifications: GFACT, GISF, Cloud+, GCED, PenTest+, Security+, or GSEC
  • Office presence minimum of 5 days per week at customer's site in Bellevue, Nebraska (no relocation offered)
  • Ability to perform shift work for 24x7 coverage

Responsibilities

  • Provide systems engineering support and real-time monitoring for enterprise platform solutions within the CYOC environment
  • Develop and maintain platforms to support management of COOP/DR, Change, Problem, Configuration, Incident, Knowledge, Event, and Maintenance IT Service Management (ITSM) tasks
  • Integrate and maintain IT Operations platforms, ensuring seamless operation and high availability
  • Design and develop automated dashboards and workflows for enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, MECM, SolarWinds, and PowerBI
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all IT infrastructure operations and processes
  • Support the automation of routine tasks to improve efficiency and reliability in IT operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform enhancements and resolve technical issues
