Requirements

Candidates should possess a relevant degree and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, along with a project- or consultancy-oriented mindset. The PKI Specialist role requires 5+ years of experience in PKI and cryptographic security, including team leadership, and proficiency in technologies such as Ansible, Nagios, GITlab, Scripting, Apache, Ldap, and Linux. Experience with PKI tools like Microsoft ADCS, Venafi, DigiCert, Entrust, or OpenSSL is also necessary. Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or PKI-related certifications are considered a bonus. The Security Consultant role requires at least 4 years of experience in Cyber Security, strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills, and an affinity or interest in Security and consulting. Experience in Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

The PKI Specialist will design, implement, and maintain PKI solutions, oversee PKI operations including certificate lifecycle management, and develop security policies related to PKI and cryptographic key management. They will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like eIDAS, NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR, and ensure Data Security solutions are properly adopted by clients. Responsibilities also include animating client workshops, leading High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation, and delivering Data Security projects while mentoring a small team. The Security Consultant will transform and optimize clients’ Security organizations by designing and implementing innovative solutions, deploying security systems, using AI to analyze risks, and developing defense strategies.
