Candidates should possess at least six years of experience, including one to two years in strategic management consulting and operations/business analytics roles, with prior exposure to customer service or customer experience being a strong plus.
The Customer Experience Business Analytics Manager will own the relationship with the Data partner to ensure operational performance needs are scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time, run deep-dive, ad hoc analyses to understand performance drivers and uncover gaps, support monthly business reviews and performance tracking with timely, actionable insights, support the scoping of new performance metrics in partnership with stakeholders, build scalable models for performance analysis that influence project prioritization, and serve as a strategic thought partner to the Customer experience leadership team, helping to sharpen their understanding of the customer experience and optimize support for providers and patients.
