Responsibilities

  • Supporto alla gestione di campagne CRM (e-mail, SMS, telefoniche)
  • Verifica e aggiornamento dei flussi del customer journey
  • Preparazione segmentazioni e liste clienti
  • Supporto alla reportistica e alla creazione di dashboard KPI
  • Raccolta e analisi preliminare dei risultati delle campagne
  • Attività di coordinamento operativo con Marketing, IT e Contact Center
  • Testing di nuovi flussi e attività di contatto
