Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to work Monday – Friday, with training hours 7:30am – 4:00pm MST and post-training an 8hr shift between 7:00am – 10:00pm MST
Ability to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office (hybrid role)

Responsibilities

Assist customers with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their 401k account balance, helping to make withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, and providing education or resources
Help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their financial dreams
Provide outstanding customer service and communication via voice or digital channels
Take customer calls, starting with basic calls and progressing to more sophisticated calls related to 401K plans
Participate in training cohort for the first 14 weeks to develop skills in the financial services industry
Join team activities, get well-being support, and career coaching during non-customer assistance time
