We are looking for a talented Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in English, knowledge in other languages is a plus. Native in Portuguese.
  • Typing Speed: Proficient in typing and computer navigation skills: at least a typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Customer Service: Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Work Ethic: Willingness to achieve goals and self-improvement, willingness to work on a shifting schedule (24 hours / 7 days a week operations coverage, up to 44-48 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming requests from customers through live chat and email.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Engage in conversation and delight customers.
  • Answer a high volume of requests daily.
  • Know our products inside and out to provide accurate information.
  • Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
