Candidates must be fluent in English, with knowledge of other languages being a plus, and be native in Portuguese. They should possess proficient typing and computer navigation skills, with a typing speed of at least 25 WPM, along with strong customer orientation, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attentiveness, patience, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, interpersonal and customer service skills, and a willingness to achieve goals and self-improvement.
The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for answering incoming requests from customers through live chat and email, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, engaging in conversation and delighting customers, knowing our products inside and out to provide accurate information, building positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, requests, or concerns are handled appropriately, contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
