Responsibilities

  • Lead diverse teams across multiple locations, working with cross-functional teams
  • Represent customer needs during internal meetings
  • Maintain Customer Scorecards for KPIs including OTIF, service level, and compliance
  • Optimize Order to Cash processes for rapid order management and reduced cycle times
  • Drive continuous improvement and reduce process complexity (Near Zero Touch, SOP adherence)
  • Track and report customer compliance, developing mitigation processes for fines
  • Own end-to-end customer supply chain strategy and execution
  • Implement initiatives to improve service, efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Build and lead high-performing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enterprise-wide supply chain value
  • Develop talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement
