Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 6 years in Customer Operations/Supply Chain, with 3+ years in management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, and Business Warehouse
Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
Lead diverse teams across multiple locations, working with cross-functional teams
Represent customer needs during internal meetings
Maintain Customer Scorecards for KPIs including OTIF, service level, and compliance
Optimize Order to Cash processes for rapid order management and reduced cycle times
Drive continuous improvement and reduce process complexity (Near Zero Touch, SOP adherence)
Track and report customer compliance, developing mitigation processes for fines
Own end-to-end customer supply chain strategy and execution
Implement initiatives to improve service, efficiency, and reduce costs
Build and lead high-performing teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enterprise-wide supply chain value
Develop talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement
