The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Toku’s customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience and feel supported throughout their journey. They will proactively manage customer accounts, resolve issues related to payroll, employment, token grants, and immigration globally, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves advocating for customer needs, building customer success strategies, and driving long-term customer loyalty.
