Candidates should possess at least 3-5 years of Customer Success (CSM) enablement experience within a high-growth B2B startup, demonstrating a proven ability to build enablement programs from the ground up for CSM or post-sales teams. They should have a deep understanding of Customer Success workflows, including onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, renewals, and expansion, along with comfort navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively. Excellent instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are also required, and a bonus is previous experience as a high-performing SDR, AE, or CSM with direct engagement with prospects or customers.
The Customer Success Enablement Manager will design, execute, and continuously improve training and enablement programs for the Customer Success Manager (CSM) team, owning CSM onboarding, ongoing skills development, and performance measurement. They will accelerate CSM ramp time, develop ongoing curriculum covering product expertise, customer success best practices, and industry insights, and partner cross-functionally with CS Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations. The role involves leveraging tech stacks like Planhat and Gong, driving content and resource creation such as playbooks and QBR guides, certifying and coaching CSMs, and measuring program effectiveness through defined KPIs and dashboards.
