As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of Adobe’s Digital Media products and engage with North American SMB customers to establish value-based relationships. You will drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, execute marketing qualified leads, manage the opportunity pipeline, and collaborate with Solution Specialists to expand Adobe’s product footprint. Additionally, you will research customer contracts, resolve customer issues, and provide timely updates to management on account progress.
