Responsibilities

Managing and handling all relevant backlog alerts
Taking ownership of the entire customer backlog, from order load to invoice and delivery of parts
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and providing after-sales service via telephone and mail
Managing and responding to customer requests for reserved inventory to meet goals
Managing the Order to Invoice process
Close cooperation with other departments like Sales, Assets, and Logistics
Driving On-Time-Delivery performance in line with customer and company goals
Generating customer satisfaction
Driving efficiency
