Candidates must live within a max. 80km radius of the Medtronic office in Heerlen, the Netherlands. After fulltime training at the office, you will work at least 2 days per week in the office and the other days from your home office. Cross-border employees must be present in the office 80% of working hours as of 1 July 2022, and relocation support is not provided.
Higher professional education (HBO) or at least MBO+ (Middle-level applied education) is required, along with 2+ years of experience in customer service and order management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French are also necessary, plus computer literacy in MS-Office Outlook and Excel.
You will support day-to-day Order-To-Cash processes like processing, monitoring, following up on, and invoicing orders. Responsibilities include recording, analyzing, and solving disputes such as complaints and returns, answering sales team and customer inquiries via phone and email, and serving as a single point of contact for business contacts.
