Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders and order-to-cash related requests, including end-to-end follow-up on order handling and delivery planning
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned key accounts, ensuring requirements are met in alignment with Goodyear processes
  • Perform order entry: receive and process orders, inform customers about product availability and delivery dates, provide guidance on ordering channels
  • Manage order management: follow up on orders and inquiries, ensure flawless processing, report deviations to Demand Planners
  • Handle quality management: process customer claims in QM module, drive resolutions, provide feedback, maintain order-to-cash knowledge
  • Manage delivery planning: act as liaison for logistics, handle delivery-blocked orders, agree on slots and service levels
  • Manage customer interface: establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Maximize customer satisfaction, drive supply chain strategy, contribute to company KPIs and One Team philosophy
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to improve service quality
