Candidates should possess previous customer service experience, preferably email-based, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv is required, and basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers via email in a professional and timely manner, enter and process orders accurately into the system, maintain records and update customer details as needed, and work efficiently with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv for order management. If applicable, they will assist with updates and basic management of WordPress.
