Requirements

Proficiency in Czech or Slovak language
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
Bachelor’s degree or secondary grammar school education
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Accuracy, diligence, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with the SAP system and previous customer service experience are considered advantageous

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders via email or other communication channels
Manage order entry and follow up on open orders in SAP
Handle web-based orders and execute product movement-related transactions in SAP
Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone in a professional manner
Clarify and interpret customer orders for the shipping department
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
Register and handle customer complaints in relevant systems
