Requirements

  • Proficiency in Czech or Slovak language
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Bachelor’s degree or secondary grammar school education

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders via email or other communication channels
  • Manage order entry and follow up on open orders in SAP
  • Handle web-based orders and execute product movement-related transactions in SAP
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone in a professional manner
  • Clarify and interpret customer orders for the shipping department
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
  • Register and handle customer complaints in relevant systems
