Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Production Scheduling and Customer Service to ensure On-Time Delivery objectives are met
  • Maintain good relationships with customers through consistent and clear communication
  • Propose solutions and alternatives to maintain strong customer ratings
  • Daily review of customer demand to define production plan and contingency plans, considering risks
  • Weekly planning and daily follow-up of the production schedule
  • Preparation of S&OP for each production line and customer
  • Establish control mechanisms to ensure compliance with customer commitments
  • Prepare reports on sales plans, service performance, and incidents
  • Control information flow between department, production, and transportation to meet delivery deadlines
  • Maintain constant follow-up with customers to identify needs
  • Handle service claims and incidents, analyze root causes, and find solutions
  • Respond to customer suggestions and inquiries
  • Prepare the Sales Forecast
  • Measure customer satisfaction levels and establish improvement mechanisms
  • Communicate production plans internally and lead review meetings
  • Develop and execute production plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure optimal resource use
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and adequate levels of raw materials and finished goods
  • Monitor workflow on the production line for continuity and efficiency
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify improvements and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with departments such as Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Sales
  • Resolve operational issues timely to minimize impact on production
