Requirements

  • Native Portuguese
  • Advanced English (minimum C1)
  • Spanish preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and professional written communication
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP or Customer Service software (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Process orders using the order management application (morning tasks)
  • Handle inbound calls (afternoon tasks)
  • Respond to emails related to delivery notes, COAs, invoicing, and order claims
  • Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM
  • Confirm orders and check shipment status
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in the Order-to-Cash cycle
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for deadlines and order quality
  • Support local team activities
