The Customer Outcome Testing Lead will oversee the customer journey testing program, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves developing and mentoring the testing team, fostering continuous improvement, and informing senior stakeholders of results, opportunities, and recommendations through formal reports. The lead will also contribute to the Customer Outcome and Insight Committee, refine testing methodologies, and collaborate with insight providers across the UK business.
