Responsibilities

  • Kompetente Betreuung von Kunden und Vertriebskollegen per Telefon und E-Mail als First Point of Escalation mit schnellen, nachhaltigen Lösungen
  • Effiziente Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen inklusive Fehleranalyse und Ursachenbehebung
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der abteilungsübergreifenden Kundendatenbank
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Reports zur Optimierung interner Abläufe
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen verschiedenen Shared Service Centern
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden und Außendienst zu Aufträgen, Lieferrückständen und Sendungsverfolgungen
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring offener oder unvollständiger Aufträge zur Gewährleistung pünktlicher Lieferungen
  • Erfassung eiliger Aufträge und zeitnahe Abrechnung in SAP R/3 gemäß Richtlinien
  • Koordination von Retouren und Rechnungskorrekturen
