Responsibilities

The Customer AI Engineer will create and optimize base prompts to enhance customer content creation pipelines. They will utilize their linguistic expertise to craft search patterns that enforce customer formatting guidelines. The role involves collaborating with the team to design, develop, and evaluate prompt chains for specific content creation tasks. They will work with stakeholders in Customer Success to scope projects and define best practices. Additionally, the engineer will maintain clear documentation of prompt engineering processes and outcomes and collaborate with engineering team members to integrate their work seamlessly into the product.
