Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations
2 years of experience working with Cisco Routers (ISR/ASR series) and WAN technologies
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with VeloCloud SD-WAN deployments
Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and WAN architectures
Experience with IPSec VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and QoS
Solid troubleshooting skills using tools such as Wireshark, SNMP, NetFlow
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (15 years full-time education)
Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP or VMware SD-WAN Specialist preferred

Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Routers (ISR/ASR series) for enterprise WAN environments
Design, implement, and maintain VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions across multiple sites
Support Cisco Switching infrastructure, including VLANs, trunking, and Layer 2/3 configurations
Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and wireless networks
Monitor and ensure optimal network performance, availability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for network changes, upgrades, and incident resolution
Maintain up-to-date network documentation including diagrams, IP schemas, and configurations
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical network incidents
