Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
At least 1 Salesforce certification
Salesforce Configuration knowledge (Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model)
Salesforce Customization knowledge (APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class), with majority experience in pure development/customization using LWC
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (must-have skill)
Good communication skills
Capable of working in client-facing roles
Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resources
Good to have: Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components
Good to have: Strong understanding of web development principles, familiarity with Salesforce platform, experience integrating third-party applications

Responsibilities

Design and build Salesforce Lightning Web Components
Troubleshoot with debugging skills
Perform impact analysis
Perform code review and code optimization on APEX
Create technical design from functional design/requirements
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute solutions to work-related problems
Assist in documentation of application processes and workflows
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest technologies and best practices
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
