Requirements

Minimum 12 year(s) of experience (ideally 13–15 years as seasoned professionals)
Must have skills: SAP Vistex
Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
Strong leadership and program management capabilities
Deep understanding of commercial and financial processes
Experience in managing global rollouts and multi-country deployments
Technical Skills: SAP Vistex modules (Pricing, Rebates, Incentives, Channel Programs), SAP S/4HANA integration with Vistex, SAP BTP for extensibility and innovation, ABAP enhancements and CDS views for reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud for performance insights
Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex green field implementations, transformations, and migrations
Ability to assess current state, define recovery solutions, and execute recovery plans for troubled projects with minimal impact on cost, schedule, and scope

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations and upgrades
Design and configure Vistex modules for pricing, contracts, and incentive management
Collaborate with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to align Vistex processes with business goals
Ensure compliance with clean core principles by minimizing customizations and leveraging SAP BTP for side-by-side extensibility
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of transformation programs
Lead SAP Vistex implementations focused on pricing, rebates, incentives, and channel programs
Drive strategic transformation initiatives across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and retail
Manage delivery recovery efforts end-to-end—including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and execution of turnaround plans (nice to have)
Manage robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards (nice to have)
Successfully re-baseline delivery plans, manage risks and issues proactively, and realign delivery commitments with client expectations (nice to have)
Monitor and enhance Delivery Experience (DEX), drive reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improve delivery quality through measurable KPIs (nice to have)
Build and maintain trust with internal and external stakeholders through structured communications, governance routines, and proactive engagement (nice to have)
Support Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence (nice to have)
Track and analyse key schedule, quality & financial metrics (e.g., SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, and budget compliance), identify cost leakages, and lead commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives (nice to have)
Proactively identify delivery risks and implement preventive or corrective actions, ensure compliance with internal audits, InfoSec requirements, and quality gates (nice to have)
