Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience (6-10 years preferred with 2-3 projects in Oracle Utilities Application Framework)
Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Degree in Engineering preferred)
Proficiency in OUAF framework components (Groovy scripts, batch processing, Case, Service Task, UI Map, Business Service, Zone, Portal, Business Object, IWS, Outbound, Algorithm, Customer Service Type/Process flow)
Hands-on experience in Groovy Scripting, Java, and related technologies for customizing Oracle Utilities products
Experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture and Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL
Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle Utilities platforms and integrations
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
Experience in delivery and management of Oracle Utilities projects maintaining implementation guidelines and standards
Experience as SME for solutions decisions, reviews, design, and development oversight
Ability to develop technical design documentation (TDD)
Experience in all phases of projects: Design, Build, Test, Deploy
Ability to understand and develop complex integrations with on-premise and cloud-based applications
Strong analytical capabilities to solve complicated issues in design and testing phases
Experience in performance tuning, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation support
Experience working with vendor support teams and stakeholders (customer, project manager, architects)
Experience developing technical documentation for application design and development
Experience providing technical guidance and support to development teams
Experience in fuel or multi-fuel implementations (plus)

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
Participate in various project phases: Design, Build, Test, and Deploy
Address performance issues through tuning and ensure optimal system performance and coding standards
Act as SME for solutions decisions, reviews, and oversee design and development
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
Develop technical documentation related to application design and development
