Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience, with 3–5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud and at least 2 years hands-on in Fast Formulas
15 years full-time education
Strong understanding of HCM Cloud data model and structure
Experience with Absence, Payroll, and Benefits modules
Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts
Proficiency in PL/SQL, logical expressions, and formula debugging techniques
Good understanding of functional flows and business rules in Oracle HCM
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or OTBI
Understanding of HCM Security and Role configurations
Oracle HCM Cloud certification (technical track)
Experience in Agile delivery methodology

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test Fast Formulas for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Eligibility Profiles)
Analyze functional requirements and translate them into efficient Fast Formula logic
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business rules and validate formula outcomes
Perform unit testing and support UAT by resolving formula-related issues
Optimize and debug existing formulas as per change requests or performance considerations
Work with HDL, HCM Extracts, and BIP Reports as required for technical configurations
Document solution designs, test scenarios, and outcomes
Adhere to project delivery timelines and Accenture quality standards
