Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience (additional info specifies minimum 10 years) in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development, SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
Extensive SAP ABAP, OOPS ABAP, and Workflow experience
Proven experience in Bank Communication Management (BCM), Multi Bank Connectivity (MBC), and Treasury (T) end-to-end development
Hands-on exposure with Multi Bank Connectivity setup and process knowledge of Treasury payment process
Hands-on experience in Adobe Forms, ODATA services, and RICEFW
Understanding of different project methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum frameworks
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development, SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) (must-have skills)

Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously assess and improve application development processes to increase efficiency
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with various teams to align application development with business objectives
Oversee project timelines and facilitate communication among stakeholders
Engage in problem-solving activities to ensure applications meet required standards and functionality
Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the development process
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs
