Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Analog Layout
Proficiency in Analog Layout (Must Have skill)
15 years full time education
Strong understanding of circuit design principles and methodologies
Experience with layout tools and design software relevant to analog circuits (e.g., Custom Designer, Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, ICV, STAR-RXCT)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve layout-related issues effectively
Familiarity with design verification and validation processes

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
Design and develop Analog layouts for high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP blocks (e.g., SerDes, RX, TX, PLL, LDO, ADC, DAC, custom logic paths)
Collaborate with a team of experienced layout engineers to deliver optimized, reliable, and manufacturable designs
Utilize advanced CAD tools for layout creation, verification, and debugging
Execute deep submicron layout techniques, including floor-planning, ESD/latchup mitigation, and process technology adaptation
Implement and verify layout flows such as LEF generation, top-level verification, DRC/LVS/LPE, and power routing with EM/IR considerations
Provide technical leadership through knowledge sharing, status updates, and networking with senior internal/external stakeholders
Apply scripting skills for layout automation to enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
