  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience (must have 8-10 years in Salesforce Development projects; minimum 8 years in Salesforce Technical Architecture; minimum 5 years in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as Technical Architecture)
  • 15 years full-time education

  • Solution Architect experience (proficiency required)
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud as Technical Architecture
  • Ability to drive greenfield implementations with architect inputs for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Integrations
  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce products: CPQ, Integrations, LWC, and Customization
  • Good experience implementing Salesforce-specific design patterns
  • Experience implementing best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits
  • Salesforce Application/System Architect certification
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices
  • Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Ability to analyze and optimize application performance
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Position based at Hyderabad office

Responsibilities

  • Act as SME in Salesforce platform
  • Requirement understanding, Solution Design, and Development
  • Quickly produce Sample POC on requirements and demo to business
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
  • High-level design and solutioning with documentation
  • Estimation of requirements
  • Ensure code and configuration meets business process and application requirements
  • Ensure on-time and quality delivery
  • Project Management: Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting, team management
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Lead effort to design, build, and configure applications; act as primary point of contact for Business and Dev Teams
  • Collaborate with teams to align application development with business objectives; oversee project timelines; provide guidance to team members
