Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in RTL Design
Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
Must have skills: RTL Design, Enovia PLM Application Support
Proficiency in RTL Design
Strong understanding of digital design principles and methodologies
Experience with simulation and verification tools
Familiarity with hardware description languages such as VHDL or Verilog
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize design performance
Good to have skills: Enovia PLM L3 support and customization

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of RTL engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and career development
Drive block- and subsystem-level RTL design, integration, and delivery for SoC/IP projects
Review and approve specifications, micro-architecture, and RTL implementations for quality and efficiency
Ensure adherence to design guidelines, coding standards, and best practices across the team
Collaborate closely with architects, verification, and physical design teams to align on requirements, schedules, and deliverables
Own design quality sign-off through lint, CDC, synthesis, and timing closure reviews
Track project execution, manage risks, and report status to program stakeholders
Provide technical solutions and guidance during design reviews and debug cycles
Contribute to recruitment, team building, and resource planning to meet business needs
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals
