Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM
  • Proficiency in Workday Core HCM (Must Have skill)
  • Workday Peakon Employee Voice, Workday Peakon (Must Have skills)
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration practices
  • Mandatory Workday Related certification
  • 15 years full time education

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites
  • Create automation strategies and automated scripts
  • Support data and environment configuration
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Monitor and report defects to facilitate continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process
  • Perform independently and become an SME
  • Active participation/contribution in team discussions
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
  • Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues throughout the application lifecycle
