Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience (7+ years preferred for E2E implementation in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting with lead role)
4+ years of consulting experience in Middle East or India-based SAP projects with Oil and Gas industry focus
In-depth understanding and extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
Expertise covering SAP FI modules: Finance Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, General Ledger Period End, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Tax Compliance, Overheads Management, Asset Management
Good understanding of Finance integrations with neighbouring modules: Project Systems, Controlling, Asset Management, Funds Management, JVA, BCM, Treasury, BPC
In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA MM business processes (localization, customizations, integrations)
Experience driving design workshops with Business Process Owners per best practices
Experience reviewing deliverables for quality assurance per industry standards
Experience assisting in functional and integration testing, coordinating across modules and third parties
Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules
15 years full-time education
Strong English communication and writing skills
Must-have skill: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Analyse, design, code, and test application components across multiple clients
Perform maintenance and enhancement tasks to ensure optimal application function and client requirements
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes
Act as subject matter expert in SAP Finance, providing guidance and innovative solutions for complex business challenges
Analyse organization’s business model and processes for seamless SAP Finance integration
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster stakeholder collaboration, and validate solutions
Develop detailed documentation for business processes, system requirements, and solution designs
Utilize data analysis to identify trends, improvements, and innovation opportunities in asset management
Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and team alignment
Support SAP Finance solution implementation by coordinating with technical teams and aligning with business objectives
Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide cross-team solutions
Continuously assess and refine business processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
