Requirements

  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault, specifically Commercial Suite (PromoMats, MedComms)

  • Experience with configuration management and version control systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes
  • Deep understanding of MLR processes, GxP compliance, and Veeva platform capabilities
  • Hands-on and leadership experience in the Life Sciences domain

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of IT solutions with clinical operational needs
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers
  • Define and drive project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for clinical operations use cases
  • Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
  • Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
  • Lead and deliver Veeva Vault-based solutions for clinical operations
  • Engage stakeholders, coordinate vendors, and handle end-to-end solution delivery in regulated environments
