Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution documentation (Must Have)
Exposure to the Semiconductor Industry, with understanding of its processes and business workflows (Must Have)
Basic knowledge of SAP MM & PP modules to support process mapping and system integration activities (Must Have)
Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analytical reporting (Must Have)
Basic knowledge of Snowflake for handling data-driven analysis and reporting requirements (Must Have)

Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Ensure applications align with organizational goals and user needs
Engage in problem-solving activities to enhance application functionality and user experience
Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
