Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience (minimum 10 years in IT industry preferred)
BTech or 15 years of full-time education (strong background in computer science or related field preferred)
Proficiency in Japanese Language (Certification level N2 & above only)
MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
Project Management experience
Preferred technical skills: Snowflake, MySQL, Web development, Testing (Data reconciliation)
Good to have: Experience in software development, strong understanding of software development life cycle, experience in working with cross-functional teams, experience in developing scalable and maintainable code, ability to engage in logical conversations

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features
Ensure the code is scalable, maintainable, and meets the requirements of the project
Engage in daily verbal and written communication with Japanese clients and Accenture Japan to collaboratively perform tasks
Work in Japan shift timings and execute tasks according to specified procedures and timelines, escalating issues when necessary
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
