Responsibilities

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure application development aligns with business objectives
Oversee project timelines
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
Engage in problem-solving activities and provide guidance and support to the team
Ensure best practices are followed throughout the development process
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
