Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical (specifically D365 CRM Service and Sales)
Strong awareness of CRM configuration & customization, CRM Plug-ins, CRM custom Workflows, Power Automate, Model Driven App, Canvas Apps
Exposure to Azure DevOps
15 years full time education
Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross-functional teams
Act as development lead and demonstrate a wide range of development skills
Strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practices

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest technologies and best practices
Understand capabilities of the development team, schedule their work, provide support and assistance
Write and review technical specification documentation
Design, develop, review, and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM as well as integrations to other applications
Collaborate with team members to understand project needs and develop innovative solutions
Ensure applications are user-friendly, efficient, and function seamlessly to support business objectives
