BE/MCA educational qualification
5+ years technical experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader
Expertise in working across different technical workstreams for RICEW development (e.g., Interfaces, Reports)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective in cross-team collaboration
Skilled in team management, analysis, and presentations
Committed to meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
Must have skill: Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR

Responsibilities

Identify business requirements for HCM Data Conversion
Translate functional design documents to technical design documents
Perform end-to-end testing
Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for HCM Cloud Data Conversion
Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer
Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
