Requirements

Minimum 5-6.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components
Strong technical and hands-on skills in design and development of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience working on multiple Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, Integrations, Sync-Async processes, Flows, LWC
Familiarity and experience with DevOps tools like Copado, AutoRABIT, Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with design patterns and best practices
Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
15 years full-time education
Good to have: Experience in Financial Services domain
Good to have: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Be a technically strong Salesforce Developer and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Understand requirements, perform technical analysis, and design solutions to meet business needs
Collaborate with technical architects to support and review technical designs
Work on individual work items and perform technical reviews for team members
Create and maintain best practices for Salesforce and LWC development, ensuring team adherence
Spearhead Proof of Concept (POC) work for business requirements or new feature adoption
Serve as the go-to person for technical issues across all phases from requirements to deployment, supporting the team throughout the development lifecycle
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Work hands-on to develop and configure Salesforce systems end-to-end or for specific business requirements
Collaborate with various teams for successful implementation of software solutions
Engage in problem-solving, guide the team through challenges, and ensure adherence to best practices and timelines
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and efficiency
