Salesforce Application Architect Certification
Salesforce System Architect Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
Broad and deep technical knowledge in Salesforce Technical Architecture (Must Have)
Worked on multiple Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience
Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in: Apex, Triggers, Integrations, Sync-Async processes, Flows, LWC
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with design patterns and best practices
Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
Good to have: Experience in Financial Services domain
Big-picture thinker and in-depth problem solver
Ability to analyze and optimize application performance
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Position based at Pune office

Responsibilities

Act as Salesforce Technical SME
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to align application development with business objectives
Oversee project timelines
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Help design and deliver Salesforce implementations for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products
Recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate trade-offs
Ensure solution is scalable and adheres to governor limits
Ensure design includes non-functional aspects: security, performance, scalability, maintainability, manage technical debt
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Translate business needs to a technical vision executable by low code or pro code builders
Build proofs-of-concept (POCs) for teams to iterate on
