Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Good understanding of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)
Hands-on experience in monitoring and incident management of applications built using AWS (L1 and L2 support experience in AWS applications is must)
Experience in supporting patching, deployment, and routine maintenance tasks
Strong analytical and communication skills
Willingness to work in 24x7 support or rotational shifts (5 days/week office)
15 years full time education
5 days Work from office is compulsory (Hyderabad office)
Good to Have Skills
Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or ITSM tools and Python knowledge
Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration
Scripting knowledge (Shell or Python) for basic automation

Responsibilities

Monitor AWS resources and application health using Step Functions, AWS Batch, CloudWatch, Dynatrace
Handle incidents, alerts, and service requests as per SLA using ServiceNow (L1 and L2 support)
Support patching, deployment coordination, and routine maintenance tasks
Perform basic troubleshooting for Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS and Postgres database issues
Escalate complex issues to L3/Engineering with proper analysis
Maintain operational logs, reports, and shift handover documentation
