Minimum 7.5 years of experience in .NET Architecture
Proficiency in .NET Architecture (Must have skill)
15 years full time education
Experience with OOP concepts (Good to have skill)
Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS (Good to have skill)
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
Experience with database management systems and SQL
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency
