Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development (Must Have)
Define and drive the overall technical architecture of enterprise-grade Java applications deployed on Microsoft Azure (or any cloud)
Lead end-to-end solution design including application, data, integration, and deployment architecture
Architect microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Maven/Gradle
Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure
Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, 12-factor app principles, event-driven design, and Design Patterns
Familiarity with Azure PaaS offerings, identity and access management, and networking in cloud

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project requirements are met
Oversee the development process and provide guidance to team members
Engage in problem-solving activities to ensure applications meet high standards of quality and performance
Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance the development process
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
